I started in live operations at Playtech Live in Riga as a game show host, then trained new presenters and ran the studio floor.

From 2021 I owned scheduling and capacity planning for the studio in EZShift, and that's where spreadsheets started turning into tools.

At bet365 in Malta I still schedule some teams, but most of my time now goes on ad-hoc analysis and on Excel tools (VBA, Power Query) that automate planning work.

I'm deepening my data skills with SQL and Power BI, and I write up my work here as case studies.
